rillig d9d33f9cdc make(1): clean up arch.c
Remove redundant parts of the function comments.  Move the "side
effects" to the main section, since these effects are main effects, not
side effects.

Remove the redundant prototype for ArchFree.

NetBSD

Building

You can cross-build NetBSD from most UNIX-like operating systems. To build for amd64 (x86_64), in the src directory:

./build.sh -U -u -j4 -m amd64 -O ~/obj release

cd /usr/tests; atf-run | atf-report
