NetBSD/distrib/sets/regpkg
dyoung b8eacf60d4 Optimization: invoke make fewer times.
Fix typo: osreleasese -> osreleases.

Write @pkgdep directives, drawing package dependencies from
distrib/sets/deps.

When regpkg is finished, now it removes the packing list temporary
file from /tmp.
