mycroft 43cfeb27a9 Catch up with type changes. Also:
* Apply DT_PLTRELSZ to (one of) pltrel or pltrela *after* we've finished
  parsing the headers, so we know which one.
* Fix sparc64 bogons.  (It works now!)
