chs bb0c381fb9 two changes to prevent the kernel's pmap from being locked recursively ... via interrupts: (1) pmap_map_ptes() and pmap_unmap_ptes() don't need to do anything to map the kernel's pmap, since all pmaps contain the kernel's PTPs. this fixes interrupt-context calls to pmap_extract().
