when -s is specified with no argument. Option arguments in pr (as documented) need to immediately follow the option. For example to set the separator char to `.' you need to use "pr -s." instread of "pr -s .". The second form sets the separator character to tab, and reads from file `.'. Coredumping is wrong anyway, so fix that. Grr to POSIX for not forcing pr and a few other utilities to use getopt(3). cvs: ---------------------------------------------------------------------- |
