scottb b8bb612601 Add ibcs2_sendsig function.

Add ibcs2_sigcode function to locore because we need to call our own
	version of sigreturn.
Add support for emul_ibcs2_xout (XENIX) structure because we need to emulate
	some syscalls differently.
