must deallocate shm's set/reset emulation environment at the right times keep arg buffer around for later use canonicalize all #includes. support STACKGAP for COMPAT_SUNOS code support OMAGIC/NMAGIC-style memory loading don't assume VM_MIN_ADDRESS is 0. (changes come from magnum branch)
