(_BYTE_ORDER, _BIG_ENDIAN, _LITTLE_ENDIAN).
  Define old names from the ANSI ones if not _POSIX_SOURCE.
* Define _QUAD_HIGHWORD and _QUAD_LOWWORD properly when
  _BYTE_ORDER == _BIG_ENDIAN.
