NetBSD/bin/ksh/mkman
apb cd5c0f944d In shell scripts invoked during a build, and in crunchgen, use ${AWK}
instead of plain "awk".  The Makefiles that invoke these scripts
or programs will pass AWK=${HOST_AWK:Q}.
