NetBSD/sys/kern/kern_prot.c
christos fb371ccef0 tty_tb.c: need to include ioctl_compat.h in order to compile.
sysv_shm.c: make shm_find_segment_by_shmid global so it can be used by
COMPAT_HPUX. There should be a better way...
rest: Add #ifdef COMPAT_HPUX where needed
