simonb 7b72fd9dc6 Drop the "catchall" __fpregset_t, and use either a 32-bit or 64-bit

structure depending on the current ABI.

Part of fix for PR port-mips/25942.  Thanks to Christos Zoulas and
Klaus Klein for help with debugging this.
