garbled 5c179ff52d Add a new majors.powerpc. This was cobbled together from the majors ... files of all the different powerpc ports (except amigappc). It should be compatible with sandpoint and macppc. It is compatible with evbppc minus one device (gtmpsc). To convert a port to use this file rather than a local one, delete your majors file, and edit your files.port to point to this instead.
