- don't force linking dri_util.c into swrast_dri.so
- fix the source lists in libGL/OSmesa makefiles
- unobsolete the symbols/pc keymap and 7x14-KOI8-R.pcf.gz font

XXX the libGL/OSmesa makefiles could use some reorg.  there
XXX are a bunch of duplicated items.
