NetBSD/sys/coda/coda_subr.h
rvb c559082b97 Conditionalize "stray" printouts under DIAGNOSTIC and DEBUG.
Make files compile if DEBUG is on (from  Alan Barrett).  Finally,
make coda an lkm.
