perry 5b6f34a9a4 Added macros to make section 9 man pages default to "NetBSD Kernel Manual". ... I would have prefered the "Kernel Internals Manual", but some man pages in the kernel section have names too long to make that possible without messing up the title lines. (Sigh.)
