NetBSD/sys/miscfs/kernfs/kernfs_vfsops.c
assar 6c734cd283 make vfs_getnewfsid only take one argument and fetch the name of the
filesystem from the supplied mount argument.  also make makefstype
take a const parameter.  update all the callers.
