NetBSD/sys/sys/shm.h
cgd f8c7ec9e63 clean up some, and hope for some style. also, define SHM_LOCK and
SHM_UNLOCK, because many systems (e.g. HP-UX, SunOS) define them, even
though they have no real meaning in NetBSD.
