jtc 47b200fa5c Changed <sys/signal.h> to <signal.h>. ...

Most BSD derived OS's now document these legacy functions with a <signal.h>
API.  This is especially appropriate for NetBSD, since their prototypes are
in <signal.h>, not <sys/signal.h>.
