NetBSD/sys/net/if_arcsubr.c
is 3e419f86dc Move the mtu initialization to arc_storelladdr, so that it will be upped
again when switching link0 on.
XXX This stuff needs to be thought about, especially with the doomming IPv6
support, which uses yet another default mtu.
