proc_enterpgrp() with proc_leavepgrp() to free process group and/or session without proc_lock held. - Rename SESSHOLD() and SESSRELE() to to proc_sesshold() and proc_sessrele(). The later releases proc_lock now. Quick OK by <ad>.
