NetBSD/sys/dev/arcbios/arcbios.h
matt e0c47ee162 (XXX this should be a library like libsa).
Deal with the need to save/restore T8 (CURLWP) across arcbios calls.
Call arcbios with O32 ABI conventions even if kernel/bootloader is N32/N64.
