joerg eb11af29b5 Merge 1.34.22.7 from jmcneill-pm:
Next attempt at trying to fix the irregular interrupt storms on my
Thinkpad: when we find a PCI Express device, check the list of
notification events and if any are sets, clear them. We can't handle
them ATM anyway.
