NetBSD/tools/gmp/Makefile
mrg 9ec90b003a force ac_cv_path_mkdir to be set to nbinstall -d. this will avoid
gmp/configure from trying to use its install-sh for mkdir -p, and
should fix sourcesets created tarball builds.
