jonathan 2b1cdb9535 Include <machine/locore.h>, to force all MIPS cpu-model specific ... locore calls to go via a locore-entry jumptable. Use the mips/mips/mips_machdep.c code to initialize locore state, exception vectors, and the locore entry vector, instead of doing it all in mach_init().
