wrstuden 9fc36d6807 Bump osrelease to 1.4E. Add layerfs files, remove null_subr.c. ... Update coda to new struct lock in struct vnode. make fdescfs, kernfs, portalfs, and procfs actually lock their vnodes. It's not that hard.
