lint libs.
2) on some md.* files, change "/machine/" to "/$ARCH/" to reflect the
   new way we do /usr/include/machine include files.

Note that some archs probably need md lint libs added, and some
machines probably still need their /usr/include/machine support
frobbed, but it is a good start.
