christos 8d33c5c8b4 - Fix fencepost error in ifconf() where if space = n * sizeof(struct ifreq), ...

only n - 1 interfaces would be obtained. This bug is present in the Lite2
  sources too.
- Support COMPAT_SVR4 in ifconf()
