NetBSD/sys/arch/alpha/pci/lca_dma.c
thorpej e6ab362da0 The LCA isn't supposed to have a DMA prefetch threshold, but experience
has shown is that if we don't allocate a spill page, we get a machine
check.  So, initialize the threshold to 256 bytes.
