NetBSD/sys/dev/raidframe/rf_shutdown.h
oster 71371823e7 rf_ShutdownList() isn't returning anything useful, and doesn't need to
return anything.  Cleanup.

Cleanup function prototypes in rf_shutdown.h

Use #if RF_DEBUG_SHUTDOWN to #if-out more code.
