jlam 1a174cde55 Merge src/usr.sbin/pkg_install on the pkgviews branch into the HEAD by
running:

        cd src/usr.sbin/pkg_install
        cvs update -Pd -A
        cvs update -Pd -j pkgviews-base -j pkgviews
