pooka 074f023a65 Record inode number in psshfs_dir also for already instantiated

nodes when doing readdir.  This makes pwd work again for cases
where getcwd() actually has to do the "READDIR + compare inode
numbers" trick.

Yet another problem reported by jmmv.
