* Fix some misused types. * Encapsulate the protocols better. * Rearrange the RPC stuff to work more like the kernel. (Needs more work.) * Remove a bunch of extra hair when reading a file over NFS. * Use RPCAUTH_UNIX when talking to the NFS server.
