dyoung 05372fb8f4 Group receiver-related variables together: move sc_rxctl nearer to ... sc_rxnext. Add sc_nrxdesc, the number of receive descriptors that we are actually able to use. sc_nrxdesc will ordinarily equal RTW_RXQLEN. If buffers are exhausted, sc_nrxdesc < RTW_RXQLEN.
