55b9a99afa wait[pid]() is called in several places. 
If we encounter an error and run the .ERROR target, we may
reap a pid which jobs is waiting for.  Ensure that we
cleanup so that make isn't left waiting for an already
deceased child.

460de0d614 Remove the acpiwmi(4) dump from the ACPIVERBOSE module. Instead of this

edcef5fc34 Add test cases to check that sysmon/swwdog will panic and reboot 
the kernel if left untickled.

Thanks to jmmv for the tip that doing this is possible in atf via
means of fork/wait.
