To determine CPU architecture and product, add cpu_arch and cpu_prduct variables.
these are initialized by sh_cpu_init()@sh3/sh3_machdep.c
(see sh3/include/cputypes.h for detail.)
add "options SH3" for SH3 kernel config file.

add options PIPE_SOCKETPAIR to individual kernel configs
the option is commented out on everything but kernels I was able
to recognize as INSTALL-like or ones for small memory machines
