paulus	5fda6c1974	Removed test (CCOUNT(&sc->sc_ttyp->t_outq) == 0) for whether ... to call pppstart or not: now we call pppstart for every packet, which should aid recovery from lost transmitter interrupts. Also a fix for 386BSD/FreeBSD which doesn't affect NetBSD.	1993-11-04 03:45:23 +00:00
