Include <rpc/pmap_clnt.h>, <rpc/pmap_prot.h> and <rpc/pmap_rmt.h>.
...
The rpc man pages don't mention that these are required (only
<rpc/rpc.h> is mentioned there), but some of the prototypes come from
these files...
