tv 00ede2160e Change ddb_init() for a.out to provision for kernels which are not booted by 
the current 'bootblock' method, like the Shark, which preloads and preformats
the symbol table right in the boot code.

thorpej 1d7e4d35d9 Update prototypes for new function signatures. Note, the ddb_init()
