ross	f0b8f2b291	Rototill play_fd() to fix some original problems and some added later. ... Also, fix up for and enable WARNS=2. This fixes problems playing from pipes or standard input, and playing from funny filesystems or other cases that can't be mmap(2)ed.	2002-01-13 04:43:18 +00:00
