Required by mac68k obio sonic cards, and
no bad side effect on arc jazzio sonic.

A new DP83932 ``SONIC'' driver, which uses bus_dma(9) and does I/O

directly to mbufs. Handles both 32-bit and 16-bit, big- and little-
endian configurations of the chip (we could squeeze out some conditionals
yet, though).
