mycroft 62a6cce9ca Add in_nullhost() and in_hosteq() macros, to hide some protocol 
details.  Also, fix a bug in TCP wrt SYN+URG packets.

jtk fda7345c98 re-implement BIOS trampoline as a more general-purpose, reusable trampoline. 
calling interface (via a grapple in locore.s) is:

and inspiring me to hack this one together.

thorpej c5e5dec3b7 All of the m68k ports' exec.h's were essentially the same. Merge them. 
Override the N_PAGSIZ() macro; this one checks the MID of the executable
and returns the appropriate page size.
