The `vi garbles my screen' problem is really a cgsix framebuffer problem.

So change the name of the work-around termcap entry to `sun-cgsix';
retain `sun-ss5' as a synonym.

Use G0 (not G1) for the alternative character set (DEC line graphics).

Delete "\E)0" sequences and make ":as=\E(0:ae=\E(B:"
(some terminals use "1" for "0").
This change makes it easy to use 8-bit encodings, such as ISO8859, EUC, etc.

Install termcap.src directly instead of processing it with reorder.

The terminfo-derived termcap database we are now using has been pre-
reordered, with the most popular terminal entries first. Besides it
makes very little difference, since most NetBSD application will be
using the db-version of the termcap database.
Removed reorder script.
Removed tck script, we don't have the showtc program (script?) that it
requires.
