resolve conflicts from lite-2 import, with two major modifications
...
that require all of /sbin/mount_* and /sbin/umount to be modified:
* incorporate vfslist.c, adding checkvfsname() and makevfslist()
* getmntopts() now takes 4 args (adding int *altflagp)
