Bump the REV to 12D to get in sync with param.h and newvers.sh.
This REALLY needs to be in ONE file and not in 11 files.

Add some distribution stuff. There's a lot left to be done. This is
pieced together from the Atari and i386 stuff and builds a 1MB image
suitable for use with RB_MINIROOT...
