e83458422f First Prototype implementation of network interface part for IEEE1394 (if_fw). 
Current status:
	Only OHCI chip is supported (fwohci).
	ping (IPv4) works with Sony's implementation (SmartConnect) on Win98.
	sometimes works but not stable.
Not implemented yet:
	IRM (Isochronous Resource Manager) functionality.
	Link layer fragmentation.
	Topology map.
More to do:
	clean ups
	MCAP
	charactor device part
	dhcp

There is no entry in GENERIC config file yet.
Follow sys/dev/ieee1394/IMPLEMENTATION to enable if_fw.

3d193b190b - Pequr -> Serverworks. It pays to do a cvs update first... 
- Pay attention only to the low byte of config reg 0x44 on Serverworks chips,
  as Linux does.
- Compress duplicatated code.

84f1b64ed1 VFB01 framebuffer is 2048 bits wide (but only displays the first 1024 bits 
of each scan line).  Fix the fi_linebytes value to get the right size.
Fixes the 'compressed' display problem with the 2100/3100 monochrome display.

d89e5a54ad Start address must be == 0, otherwise loading on some MicroVAXen will 
fail (boot program loaded at address 0 anyway, but tries to start at
the compiled entry point).

0b8ff41f41 Recalculate NVRAM checksum when updating the NVRAM. Avoids 'reboot' 
and 'halt' corruptring the NVRAM contents under RISC OS 4.
