Read the EEPROM once at attach time, then do user I/O on the copy.
...
Make /dev/eeprom support normal "read to EOF" behaviour.
Removed ee_console, ee_get_byte (dead code).

New device attachment scheme:
...
- split softc size and match/attach out from cfdriver into
a new struct cfattach.
- new "attach" directive for files.*. May specify the name of
the cfattach structure, so that devices may be easily attached
to parents with different autoconfiguration semantics.
