e24b45d811 IPv6 DNS transport support for resolver.
Now you can write
	nameserver 3ffe:0501:4819::42
in /etc/resolv.conf for DNS query over IPv6 network.
(the above address is alive as DNS server)

75ec9210d0 In struct __window, change flags back to an "unsigned int" from an
"u_int32_t", and move new member "delay" to the end of the structure.
Restores binary compatibility with older curses-based programs that
called any macros that modified window flags (like clearok, which
bites vi).

Fixes PR lib/7863 from Ross Harvey.

0ffda58ae9 A new implementation of _setjmp/_longjmp that uses the T_FLUSHWIN trap.
This means the stack frame and program counter can restored directly
from the jmp_buf, eliminating the need to backtrack through frames
which does not work in all cases.

bf3e29891c Include all arch-dependant Makefile.inc's. In each arch-dependent
Makefile.inc, always add the man pages for that directory, and only
specify a SRCS= line (at whatever else is needed for that arch) inside
a ${MACHINE_ARCH} .ifdef.  The top-level Makefile includes <bsd.lib.mk>
only if SRCS is defined, and otherwise just includes <bsd.man.mk>.
