c1109ff89e - Don't deref a bad pointer in the event the object has no symbol 
section header.  Instead, treat the object as stripped.
- Add a "default" case to the symbol type switch to calm GCC's jets.

45d8517405 Add Makefiles to install sendmail/cf source into /usr/share/sendmail. 
cv/cv: Modified Makefile to install source into /usr/share/sendmail and
to only make netbsd-proto.cf.  (all other .cf files were made, but never
installed anywhere.  So why burn CPU building files we don't use.  Added
a target called "other" to make all other .cf files.)

6b12855c49 pmap_extract(): move printf()'s inside debugging brackets. The caller

ae6e3e81bc Amiga glue code for the m68k fpu emulation subsystem. 
XXX This (the m68k FPE, not the glue code) is known to be broken for
68LC040/68040V and 68LC060 cpus. This is also the reason we don't
bother to add options FPU_EMULATE to the DRACO configuration file, as
DraCos only come in 68040V (very few) and 68060 variants.

06b1c0c4aa Recognize MMX P5 by it's model number, not by the cpuid flag. Otherwise 
we also get "Pentium II with MMX" which is like saying "Pentium with FPU".
Also add one more entry for a K5
