50b3b570e2 Adding ibmcd(4), a device driver for the IBM 4810 BSP cash drawer port as 
found e.g. in SurePOS 300 series point of sale terminals.  The driver
provides a gpio(4) device with three pins:  pin 0 to open drawer, pin 1
to read the status and pin 2 to read whether a cash drawer is connected or
not.

21a6d3b7f6 ptcd(4) is a device driver for the cash drawer port found on Protech PS3100 
point of sale terminals.  It controls the cash drawer using a gpio(4) device
that attaches at ptcd0:  Pin 0 controls the drawer, pin 1 reports the current
state.  For details read the manual page.

922779be95 Make the test for infinite recursion in PRINTOBJDIR more specific, 
and make the error case more easily recognisable.

Now "make -V '${PRINTOBJDIR}'" works instead of misinterpreting the "-V"
as infinite recursion.

54f191bfce Move the build_install logic from lib/Makefile into share/mk and re-use 
it for tools. The existing logic broke for the LLVM build with the
recent .ORDER changes in make.

993229b6fe Add elftosb tools to evbarm userland and toolchain. 
Elftosb is used to create a digitaly signed "secure boot" file.
This sb file can be booted by the first stage boot loader found in
Freescale i.MX23 and i.MX28 application processors.

Add line from NetBSD 0.8 to FreeBSD 1.0, reflecting the fact that the
patchkit maintainers were provided with a prerelease snapshot of NetBSD,

to their announcement of the FreeBSD project.  Per personal communications
with Charles Hannum and Chris Demetriou.  This line is in at least one
other published version of this chart, but seems to never have been in
the version in our repository (unfortunately, cvs diff on ascii art is
not very helpful).

15cd91994b Fix "make test" to actually print the desired message when atf-run fails. 
It was being skipped due to the set -e in the code snippet and the failure

afbfa91c1d Make DPADD and LDADD specific to the test programs. This allows mixing 
C and C++ test programs in the same Makefile, and prevents regular programs
from being polluted by libraries that they may not need.

Suggested by Garrett Cooper in private mail, although I redid his patch.

8ce4433821 Do not call setroot() from MD code and from MI code, which has 
unwanted sideeffects in the RB_ASKNAME case. This fixes PR/46732.

No longer wrap MD cpu_rootconf(), as hp300 port stores reboot information
as a side effect. Instead call MI rootconf() from MD code which makes
rootconf() now a wrapper to setroot().

Adjust several MD routines to set the global booted_device,booted_partition
variables instead of passing partial information to setroot().

Make cpu_rootconf(9) describe the calling order.
