570c5f86ef First-cut of hp300 miniroot-based installation tools. Currently understands 
installing from FTP or NFS server, tape, or CD-ROM, although tape and
CD-ROM are currently untested.  Hooks for placing disklabels on additional
disks are there, but meat is yet to be implemented.

05afe96230 update things. Now use 1.7M (HD) image. Amigas with only DD floppy 
drives will need to use miniroot (probably better anyway)

4c43b99084 Changes in the way we build inject.fs including copying master.passwd 
from src/etc instead of /etc and then using a static linked version
of pwd_mkdb to build etc/passwd and /etc/*pwd.db via chroot.

58aa66a652 Changes from Matthias Pfaller to have a compresed kernel AND 
a compressed RAM disk root file system on the boot floppy.
So a single floppy can include vi, ppp, slip, ......

b0443df2da things were not sorted, libdata/lint should have been in 'base', 
not all ports have an scrt0.o.  also, add new files where necessary.

96d3bc9bac Add some distribution stuff. There's a lot left to be done. This is 
pieced together from the Atari and i386 stuff and builds a 1MB image
suitable for use with RB_MINIROOT...

7b9b7a5786 Fix typo in last. commit message for last should have been: 
Add cdefs.h ieeefp.h setjmp.h (m68k and machine).
Add libpcap_pic.a and machine/disklabel.h.
Add some files that we need for X to work.
